What exactly do I get?
Each month, you will get 30+ Nonprofit Graphics for your social media feeds. The graphics are sized for Instagram and Facebook. They also work for LinkedIn, and you can use them in your emails and newsletters.
Each month, we share time-sensitive graphics related to holidays and important events that are happening during that time.
With just a few clicks of your mouse, you will have beautiful graphics in your nonprofit's brand colors ready to go!
What sorts of posts can I expect?
You will get graphics for promoting your events, getting volunteers, thanking supporters, asking for donations, sharing everyday activities around your nonprofit, testimonials, holidays, etc.
How often are templates released?
A new batch of templates will always be ready for release on the 1st of every month for existing, ongoing subscribers. The date you can retrieve your template pack depends entirely on the date you signed up. If you happen to sign up midway through the month (or even on the last day of the month), you'll still receive ALL of that month's graphic materials (and you won't be billed until your cycle comes up the following month).
For instance, Jonathan signs up on May 1st and receives 30+ graphics. Rebecca signs up on May 26th and receives those same 30+ graphics. Jonathan rebills on June 1st for the next batch. Rebecca rebills on June 26th for that same batch.
What if I want graphics from the past? We thought of that ;) You'll be able to grab those graphics at an even more significant discount (50% off or more!) as a one-time fee. You can pick up as many archived bundles as you want! Just check out your member portal for more details.
What if I want to move my billing date? No worries there! Just submit a support ticket, and we'll manually cancel your subscription (or you can cancel it autonomously from the support desk) and then sign up on a date that suits you better.
When can I get access to the online portal?
You get access IMMEDIATELY after you sign up to be a member!
You will receive your user name and password via email. We will send it to you using the email you used to sign up for the membership.
What if I have a tech question regarding downloading or using my templates?
First, check and see that we haven't already covered your question inside your membership portal. We worked really hard to make sure you have all of the information you need to succeed with this membership. We want to make your life easier and save you time and money!

What's the difference between monthly and annual memberships?
We structured our monthly membership to be affordable for those who might need a payment plan. You get access to the exact same things, like beautiful, easy to customize graphics with unlimited downloads. You'll save almost 20% by joining our annual membership.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep. We think the best contract is no contract. You can cancel your membership at anytime by visiting our support desk and choosing 'My Orders'.
